The N°10 Noble Red Blend 2022 is the sociable charmer from Valais: juicy, fruit-forward, dry and wonderfully approachable. A red wine for full aperitif platters, laughing circles, crusty bread, cheese, cured meats, and evenings that naturally flow from one glass to the next.

On the nose, red cherries, blackcurrants, blackberries, and a hint of plum dance. Fine peppery spice, a touch of herbal aroma, and a subtle dark fruit depth accompany them. The scent is fresh, open, and appetising – like a Valaisan aperitif that slowly turns into dinner.

On the palate, it is dry, juicy, and light-footed. The fruit brings vibrancy, the acidity keeps it lively, and the tannins remain soft and friendly. At 12.8% vol., it feels pleasantly agile and does exactly what a good table wine should do: it brings enjoyment to the moment and pace to the conversation.

Culinarily, he feels at home where uncomplicated cuisine truly brings joy: sausage and cheese platters, Valais dried meat, raclette, bratwurst, cold roast, flammkuchen, mushroom toast, pasta, pizza bianca or a dinner that has come about from desire, leftovers and good cheer.

Serving tip: enjoy at 12–14 °C. Slightly chilled, it shows particularly much fruit, freshness and drinkability.
