ORS Orange Riesling Sylvaner, AOC Zürichsee
ORS is a skin fermented Riesling Sylvaner from Lake Zurich, interpreting the grape in a distinctive orange wine style.
After maceration, the wine matures in reconditioned, untoasted barriques. This combines fruity aromas of apricot and pineapple with subtle oak, a clear structure and crisp tannins.
A characterful orange wine with surprising depth and tension. Ideal as an aperitif, with vegetable dishes or simply on its own.
