RS is a natural Riesling Sylvaner from the Grüt vineyard in Uetikon on Lake Zurich.

Spontaneously fermented and bottled unfiltered, the wine is floral, fresh and light on its feet. Delicate muscat notes meet a clear mineral structure, giving it tension and character.

A precise white wine from Lake Zurich with vibrant freshness and expressive aromatics. Ideal as an aperitif, with light starters, fish, vegetables or summer dishes.
