No.10 Noble White Blend 750ml

The N°10 Noble White Blend 2023 brings light to the table: a fresh, dry Valais white wine with citrus freshness, yellow fruit and harmonious fullness. Fermented cool in stainless steel and aged dry, it presents itself clear, lively and effortlessly elegant – a wine that easily accompanies everything from the aperitif to dinner.

On the nose, aromas of yellow apple, pear, citrus zest and a hint of white peach. Fine floral notes, some fresh herbs and a subtle stony freshness reminiscent of bright Valais vineyard terraces also emerge. The scent is friendly, fresh and appetising – like a basket of fruit, a few flowers and a splash of lemon on a sunny terrace.

On the palate, it is dry, youthful and beautifully balanced. The acidity brings liveliness, the fruit remains clear and juicy, the volume gives the wine enough body for the kitchen. At 12.7% vol., it remains pleasantly light-footed without appearing thin. The finish is fresh, fruity and carries a fine citrus note.

This white wine is a true table connector: It pairs well with light fish dishes, Mediterranean vegetables, gratins, pasta with white sauce, light poultry, aperitif snacks, fresh cheese or an uncomplicated dinner with whatever brings joy.

Serving suggestion: enjoy at 9–13 °C. Well chilled, it shows its freshness; slightly warmer, the yellow fruit comes out more beautifully.
