SB is a Sauvignon Blanc from Lake Zurich with a clear sense of origin and expressive fruit.

The grapes come from Uetikon and grow on limestone rich soils. Because Sauvignon Blanc ripens unevenly, the grapes are harvested selectively in several passes. In the cellar, the wine is gently pressed, spontaneously fermented and bottled unfiltered.

In the glass, SB is fresh, precise and vibrant. Exotic notes of pineapple, passion fruit and papaya meet lively acidity and a mineral structure.

A distinctive Sauvignon Blanc from Lake Zurich. Ideal as an aperitif, with vegetable dishes, fish or light cuisine.
