RL is a Räuschling from the Grüt vineyard in Uetikon on Lake Zurich.
Spontaneously fermented and bottled unfiltered, it is fresh, precise and mineral driven. Citrus notes and white peach meet a subtle bitterness, firm acidity and a saline mineral finish.
A focused white wine from Lake Zurich with tension and a clear structure. Ideal as an aperitif, with fish, seafood, light starters or vegetable dishes.
