MG Le Fumé – Sauvignon Blanc 150 cl, AOC Zürichsee

MG Le Fumé is the magnum version of this powerful Sauvignon Blanc from Uetikon on Lake Zurich.

The grapes undergo 48 hours of cold maceration before spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. After around six months, the wine receives further ageing in used barriques, adding depth and structure.

In the glass, Le Fumé is full bodied, precise and complex. Grapefruit, bergamot, yuzu and passion fruit meet vibrant acidity, subtle oak spice and elegant mineral tension.

The 150 cl magnum highlights the wine’s distinctive character and is ideal for extended ageing, special occasions and sharing at the table.
