RÉ Rosé de Pinot Noir, AOC Zürichsee

RÉ is a Pinot Noir rosé from the Grüt vineyard in Uetikon on Lake Zurich.

The wine is produced using the saignée method. Shortly after crushing, part of the juice is drawn off and spontaneously fermented without further skin contact. This gives RÉ its vibrant colour and expressive aromas of fresh wild berries.

Refreshing acidity, fine tannins and a subtle bitter note on the finish provide structure and tension. A distinctive rosé from Lake Zurich that goes far beyond the summer season.

Ideal as an aperitif, with light dishes, grilled food or even fondue.
