Take Off – Mousseux RS/PN Extra Brut.

Take Off is a sparkling wine made from Riesling Sylvaner and Pinot Noir grown on the Äntschberg in Kloten.

The vines grow on poor, limestone rich soils and benefit from the warm southern exposure and a diverse ecosystem of meadows and fruit trees. This origin gives the wine freshness, structure and a clear mineral character.

Take Off is produced according to the traditional method, with the second fermentation taking place in the bottle. As an Extra Brut, it is dry and crisp, while remaining delicately fruity, fresh and light on its feet.

A distinctive Swiss sparkling wine with a strong sense of origin. Ideal as an aperitif, for festive occasions or with refined starters and light dishes.
