Vivace Räuschling, AOC Zürichsee

Vivace is a Räuschling from more than 60 year old vines in the Grüt vineyard in Uetikon on Lake Zurich.

The old vines grow on limestone rich soils and produce a concentrated, complex style. The wine is spontaneously fermented directly in barrique and bottled unfiltered.

In the glass, Vivace is powerful and layered. Ripe yellow fruit meets smoky minerality, subtle oak spice and a clear, structured freshness.

A distinctive Räuschling with depth and tension. Ideal with rich fish dishes, seafood, poultry or mature cheese.
