West RÉ Rosé de Pinot Noir, AOC Zürich

West RÉ is a Pinot Noir rosé with AOC Zurich, produced using the saignée method.

Shortly after crushing, part of the juice is drawn off and then spontaneously fermented without further skin contact. This gives the wine its vibrant colour and expressive aromas of fresh wild berries.

Refreshing acidity, crisp tannins and a subtle bitter note on the finish provide structure and tension. Fruity and approachable, yet distinctive enough to work as a versatile food companion.

Ideal as an aperitif, with grilled dishes, light cuisine or even fondue.
