Stanislav Rudolfský laid the foundation for the return of viticulture to Kutná Hora in 2002.
In 2005, his son Lukáš took over the leadership and consistently developed the family winery with a clear vision of natural viticulture and biodynamics.
Today he is responsible for a business that understands vineyards, fields, orchards, and animal husbandry as a cohesive whole.
With Dominika Rudolfská, who is already responsible for the international customer area, the next generation is also taking an active role in the winery.

Since 2009, Vinné sklepy Kutná Hora has been consistently developing its vineyards according to biodynamic principles and is now Demeter certified.
Vineyards, orchards, fields, and meadows are not viewed separately, but as parts of a living agricultural cycle.
Greening strengthens the soils, own herbal extracts protect the vines, and deliberately created habitats promote natural beneficial insects.
Even the sheep and an agroforestry system with regional fruit varieties are part of this approach.

Stanislav Rudolfský continues to be involved in the board of the Cech českých vinařů, while Dominika Rudolfská is responsible for the international customer area and brings the wines to new markets.
As a Demeter certified business, the winery is also internationally anchored in the biodynamic wine world, with recent awards in Japan underscoring this development.
Closely connected to the history of the house remains Karel Schwarzenberg, whose historical family estates have been cultivated since the beginning and who became a co-partner himself in 2021.
